Privacy Policy
This site advertises a single aircraft for private sale. It is operated by the seller (contact details are on the imprint). This policy explains what personal data the site handles and how.
What is collected
- Enquiry form. When you contact the seller through the site, you submit your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. These are sent to the seller so they can reply to your enquiry.
- Analytics. The site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It records only aggregate, non-identifying information (such as page views, referrer and country). It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Why, and on what basis
Your enquiry details are processed on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form) and to take steps at your request prior to a possible transaction. Analytics are used on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the listing is viewed.
Who processes the data
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to the seller’s email.
- GoatCounter processes the aggregate analytics (EU-hosted).
The seller does not sell or share your details with anyone else, and uses them only to respond to your enquiry.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you do not get in touch again, your enquiry details are deleted within 30 days. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. After you complete the enquiry form, a
temporary flag is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage so you are not
asked again during the same visit; it is technical only and is cleared when you
close the tab.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and may object to or ask us to restrict its processing. You can send a request directly below — no account or prior enquiry needed — or contact Ken via the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
